Poor customer service

While the product is great the execution of delivery was terrible. The date showed 8 days prior to it finally arriving. All you people did was blame fed ex/ups. When it finally arrived it looked like the box was run over multiple times.

Hi Jay - We do apologize again for what the courier did to you box. Once a package leaves our hands we unfortunately don't get to control what happens along the way. You did let us know, and also confirmed the items arrived undamaged. Our team could not refund shipping, as you didn't pay for it, but they did provide you $15 in 2UNDR Rewards Points for you to use on your next purchase. Those points don't expire and work like cash.
