2UNDR.eu primarily ships via DHL. If there is an apartment number or a unit number associated with your address, do not forget to mention this.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses at this time. Another address will be requested for your order, which will cause delays in shipping.

2UNDR.eu currently only ships within Europe (all EU-countries with the exception of Denmark, Norway and Sweden, also Ireland and the UK are excluded). If you want to ship your products to Canada and the United States, visit the website 2UNDR.com.
In general, all orders placed Monday through Friday will begin processing the following business day. Please note that orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday. 2UNDR strives to ship your order within 48 hours (excluding weekends), however there may be delays due to holidays, and orders placed during promotional sales may take up to 3 business days to process. Delivery times do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. An expedited freight option is provided when available as well, but will still be subject to the above conditions.
You should receive an email confirming your order within 10-15 minutes of placing an order online. In the unlikely case you have not received a confirmation, please email info@2UNDR.eu. The email will be coming from sales@2undr.eu, so please be sure that both of these emails are on your ‘safe senders’ anti-spam list or are in your address book.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information. If you do not receive your tracking information, please check your spam filter or contact us to verify shipping.

Generally, you’ll be able to fit in both. It’s just a matter of preference—you may prefer your underwear to have a tighter or looser fit. Please keep in mind that some of our models are designed to be a compression fit (Gear Shift, Power Shift). If you still have questions, don’t hesitate to ask.
Please contact us at info@2UNDR.eu as soon as possible after placing the order. In certain cases if an order has not already been picked and processed through our warehouse we can look at making changes or adjustments to it prior to it being shipped.
Please contact your local carriers office to see if a parcel has been left for you; In certain cases a parcel will be left with a local carriers office if the recipient is not available upon delivery. If you have not been able to locate the parcel after doing this please email info@2undr.eu.
2UNDR Inc. is not liable for any damages incurred during transit; it lies within the responsibility of local carrier. All purchases are made at the buyers’ own risk. 2UNDR Inc. does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
2UNDR covers all pairs sold against any manufacturing defects for 30 days. This policy does not include any items damaged by misuse, accident, modification or repair. If you believe your 2UNDR are defective, for any reason, please fill out our ONLINE WARRANTY REQUEST FORM.
For all purchases made via third party re-sellers, please contact them direclty.
The following applies to all coupon codes unless unique terms are expressly communicated when the code is issued to the intended user. One coupon code may be used per transaction and customers may not combine multiple codes for a single transaction. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order if in our opinion the coupon code was unauthorized, ineligible, obtained illegally or altered in any way. Coupon codes that we issue may only be used for online purchases on this website. Not valid at 2UNDR retail locations.
All licensed products (NCAA, Ryder Cup, etc.) are not eligible with any discount codes.
Coupon Codes cannot be combined with sale, clearance items or the Swing Shift 3 Pack bundle, Power Shift 3 Pack bundle and Swing Shift 6 Pack bundle.
