Please allow 1 – 2 business days to process and ship your order. After shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number for your purchase. Your package will be shipped via DHL. Delivery is only from Monday to Friday (except holidays). We prefer to use an accredited courier service so that your order is insured and fully traceable.

Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.

When checking out you can choose a different delivery address than your billing address.

You can also have your order delivered to a DHL delivery location in the area, choose this when checking out.

 

SHIPPING WITHIN EUROPE

Shipment is via DHL. A minimum amount of € 5.50 will be charged for your order. This rate applies to standard shipping in the Netherlands.

For the rest of Europe, different standard rates apply that are shown at checkout.

We offer free shipping for all orders over € 50 within the Netherlands.

We offer free shipping on all orders over € 75 within the rest of Europe.

Please note: we only ship our packages within Europe, with the exception of the UK, Ireland, Denmark, Norway and Sweden.

 

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF EUROPE

Shipping to other countries outside the EU is currently not available.
